Due to the continuous business growth and internal promotions this multinational organisation is looking to hire a talented lawyer for their EMEAR team with a focus on global legal matters to be based in Germany.

Legal Team

Position and Career

In this role you will report to EMEAR Legal Director and handle a range of global company commercial matters and commercial contracts. The work is highly varied and exciting – the company operates at the absolute forefront of their sector. You will act as a trusted legal advisor to the business with regards sales transactions with customers headquartered in the DACH region (structuring complex high value sales transactions, negotiating and drafting a wide range of legal agreements, responding to complex RFP requests, giving accurate advice to senior management on the legal and commercial impact of specific contractual provisions and general legal matters, engaging in cross-functional projects as a legal subject matter expert etc). 

This is a big role actively shaping hugely complex deals across dozens of jurisdictions.

  • 2-7 years of experience in-house or in a law firm as a TMT lawyer / counsel
  • German speaker and drafter
