We are working with a well established, innovative and dynamic SaaS business and one of the Best Companies to Work for looking to hire a legal counsel to be part of a small team supporting the EMEA region.
The role reports directly to global GC and shares responsibility for EMEA with 2 more colleagues as part of global team of 11. We are looking for an experienced commercial lawyer who is open to an autonomous, broad and exciting role with a lot of responsibility and responsibility.
You will work closely with the business teams (sales, engineering, marketing etc) across several jurisdictions – responding to their requests, summarising and communicating legal risks, supporting partner organisations and drafting and negotiating complex high value SaaS, software licence, resale and vendor / supplier contracts with world’s largest enterprises.

- Experience drafting contracts under the English or US law (very important)
- Software Licensing experience (mandatory)
- As a guide – this role will suit someone with 3-7 years of post qualification experience
